In Store Purchases:

B Boutique will offer an exchange or store credit on merchandise within 30 days. It must be unworn and undamaged with receipt.

Returns for Shipped Online Orders:

Please contact us to initiate a return by emailing us at bboutiqueshops@gmail.com. Online orders are eligible for return for original form of payment or store credit. All items must be returned to the store within 30 days. If shipped to us then post-marked before the 30 day window is up. Once the return is received we will process the refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
